Homer l vickerman Wilbur's new home within the lower part of the barn directly on feed the cows mr. Zuckerman knew that a manure pile is a good place to keep a young pig pigs need warrant and it was warm and comfortable down there in the barn Cellar on the Southside burn came on every day to visit him she found an old milking stool that had been discarded and she placed stool on the Sheepfold next to wilber's 10 here she sat quietly doing the long afternoons stinking and Liz and watching welder but she soon got to know her and trust her and so did the geese who lives with the sheep and all the animals trusted her she was still quiet and friendly mystery document did not allow for take Wilbur out and he did not allow her to get into the pig pen but he told her that she could sit on the stool and watch Wilbur's long as she wanted to get made her happy just to be near the pig and it made Wilbur happy to know that she was sitting there right outside his pain but he never had any fun no walks no ride no swim here's picture kind of goes over both pages of berend and fern watching watching him in the pigpen and you see the geese when is your name into it was almost two months old she wandered out into small yard outside the barn for had not arrived for her usual visit and well-versed in the sun feeling lonely and bored it's never anything do around here he thought and he walks slowly to his food trough and sniff to see if anything had been overlooked at lunch date of skin and ate it his back is so we leaned against the fence and rubbed against the boards and when tired of visiting walk-in doors and climb to the top of the manure pile and sat down she didn't feel like going to sleep he was tired of standing still tired of laying down I'm less than 2 months old and I'm tired of living he said he walked out into the yard again when I'm out here he said there's no place to go but in and when I'm indoors there's no place to go but out in the yard that's where you're wrong my friend my friend did a voice and wilver looked through the fence and saw the goose standing there people have to stay in that dirty little dirty little dirty little Goose he talked to other fast one of the boys is loose push on it push push push it said welder it's lower at the risk of repeating myself so I suggest that you come out it's wonderful out here see a board with loose that I did that I did did the goose and welder walked up to the fence and saw that the deuce was right one board was loose and he put his head down that is eyes and pushed the board gave way and in a minute he has squeezed to the and was standing in the long grass outside his yard chuckled how does it feel to be free yeah I like it said Wilbur that is I guess I like it Act strange to be outside to spend with nothing between him and the fifth world what you think I'd better go anyway you like anywhere you like to go down to the orchard go down to the gun pick up the radishes screwed up everything he crossed for corns look for a jump and Prince don't do the Orchard and stroll in the woods the world is a wonderful place when you're young can see that replace welder and he gave a jump in the air and twirled ran a few steps stopped looked all around and it smells of the afternoon and then set off walking down to the orchard pausing in the state of an apple tree he put his snout into the ground and began pushing digging in Rudy he's so happy he is allowed nice piece of ground before anyone noticed him mrs. Ackerman was the first to see him do you think movies having a good time being loose she saw him from the kitchen window and she immediately shop for the minute man homework she cried out where we picked out Holler Pizza he's down there under the apple tree now the trouble starts that welder now I'll catch it the goose heard the Racket and she to started homie commotion can you read out from the barn to join the face mr. Zuckerman hurt and he came out of the machine shed where he was mending if it won't The Hired Man heard the noise and came up from the asparagus patch where he was pulling weeds Liberty Walk toward Wilbur and Wilbur didn't know what to do the wood seems a long way off and anyway he had never been down there in the woods and wasn't sure he would like it can we find a movie pictures of Kerman and driving for the barn and take it easy the news of Wilbur's Escape spread rapidly among the animals on the place whenever any creature broke loose ends up Farm the event was a great interest to the others when the goose chatted to the nearest cow that will it was free and soon all the cows new and then one of the cows killed one of the sheep and soon all the Sheep the Lambs learned about it from their mothers and the horses in their stalls in the barn for step their ears when they heard the goose hollering and send the horses that caught up on to what was happening when they said every animal story lifted his head his head and began are became very excited to know that one of his friends that got three and was no longer penned up or tied up what to do for which way to run it seems as though but he was after him if this is what it's like to be free. I believe I'd rather be penned up in my own yard to cocker spaniels sneaking up on him from one side of the hired man with snow hang up on him from the other side this is after man stood ready to head him off if he started for the garden and now mr. Kim was coming down towards him caring of really awful fat Wilbur why doesn't sperm come out twist and turn the cocker spaniel Wilbur jumped and ran be reached down and grabbed mrs. Ackerman screamed at the goose cheered for Wilbur Wilbur. Barbie's legs learning Miss Wilbur grab the spaniel instead run toward me privacy screen twist honk the goose something dance here is all the commotion that's being drawn here are described buy it places that can mini mr. Zuckerman and then he be going after welder look out sprinkler be called because look how pretty the gander listen to me listen to me scream the goose poor Wilbur was Dazed and frightened by the hullabaloo he didn't like being the center of all this fuss he tried to follow the instructions his friends are but he couldn't run downhill and Uphill at the same time and he couldn't twist and turn when he was jumping and dancing and he was crying so hard he could barely see anything that was happening after Wilbur was a very young pic more than a baby really born were there to take him in her arms and comfort him and when he looked up and saw mr. Zuckerman standing close to him holding a pail of warm slot felt relieved he lifted his nose and the smell was delicious warm milk potato skins Kellogg's Corn Flakes breakfast the flops are all the scraps but the people didn't eat for dinner last meal document tapping the path and Wilbur took a step toward the tail keep trying to lure you back into captivity of the day she's appealing to your stomach Wilburton care the food smelled appetizing he took another step toward the pale pink pig in a kind and began walking slowly down the Barnyard looking all about him recently as if you didn't know what a little white that a little white Pig was following along behind him you'll be sorry sorry sorry, Wilbur didn't care he kept walking toward the payload flop you'll miss your freedom pumps a goose and our freedom is worth a barrel of slept Wilbur didn't care when mr. Zuckerman reached the pig pan he climbed out Benson Ford the slots into the trough and then he pulled the loose board away from the fence so there was a wide hole for Wilbur to walk through will be paid no attention he steps sense into his yard he walked to the Trop and took a long drink of slots sucking in the milk hungrily and chewing the popover it was good to be home again Larry Festa Cameron penny nails and nail the board in place and then he mr. Zuckerman leans lazily on the fence and mr. Zuckerman scraps Wilbur's back with a stick is Clyde the pig Statler B mr. Zuckerman ever heard the words of Praise he felt the warm milk inside his stomach he thought the pleasant rubbing of the stick along his itchy back and he felt peaceful and happy and sleepy during afternoon it was still only about 4 but Wilbur was ready for bed really too young to go out into the world alone. I know that was kind of a long chapter but is a fun one and goose is a funny character she talks really fast and repeats herself a lot
